I keep pressing puppy's hands and ears and he is not doing anything. Is something wrong?
The only buttons that activate the puppy are on the top of both of his feet.

My puppy’s arms are stuck in the upright position. Is there anything I can do to fix him?
- Please make sure you have fresh, ALKALINE batteries in your puppy.
- Try to re-position his arms by manually pushing them down and into place so he may clap again. This will not cause damage to the internal mechanisms.
- While holding his arms together, press the blue button on the top of puppy’s foot. Your puppy will now start to clap.

What are the best kind of batteries to use in Fisher-Price® and Mattel® products?
A. We recommend using alkaline batteries with our products, as they are great for long-term use and help optimize performance. We don't recommend using Carbon-Zinc batteries. While Carbon-Zinc batteries may work well with low-power devices, they can drain after a short period of time and cause certain products to not function properly.
