- Why can't I add more art to my design? You can only use 1 base and 3 art per design. Once you have chosen 3 art elements, you have to delete one in order to add another.
- I can't edit my saved design. Saved designs cannot be edited. You'll have to start a new design.
- I tried e-mailing my design, but I don't see it in the e-mail. Scroll down below the legal disclaimer to see the attached design.
- I can't e-mail my design. Make sure you have e-mail on your device and that you have phone service or WiFi.
- I can't take a picture on my iPad or iPod Touch. This feature is not supported by iPad and iPod Touch.

What are the best kind of batteries to use in Fisher-Price® and Mattel® products?
A. We recommend using alkaline batteries with our products, as they are great for long-term use and help optimize performance. We don't recommend using Carbon-Zinc batteries. While Carbon-Zinc batteries may work well with low-power devices, they can drain after a short period of time and cause certain products to not function properly.
