Product is a free wheeling four wheel vehicle and articulated figure. Vehicle will have (ABS) simulated flame that rotates and is driven by the wheels as the vehicle is pushed over a flat surface. The front grill is spring loaded and activated by a button on the hood, when activated it is capable of grasping and retaining the articulated figure. The canopy is hinged and should move freely from the open to fully closed positions. Figure has movable arms and legs and a fabric cape.
