Beware of any beacons coming from the Hot Wheels™ City lighthouse because Oakie the Octopus has woven his tentacles through it, creating dangerous conditions at this navigational outpost. Oakie's head doubles as a launcher that can be moved to create four separate launching points onto curved, uphill and spiral tracks. The set comes with one Hot Wheels® vehicle and connects to other sets for extended adventure – kids will want to collect them all. Each sold separately, subject to availability. Colors and decorations may vary.

How do you assemble the rubber band in the Hot Wheels rubber band launchers?
On the underside of the launcher, each end of the rubber band should be wrapped around a peg on each side of the main launcher and then doubled up and hooked around the center tab of the moveable portion of the launcher.
