  • My Take-Along Swing and Seat is not turning on.  What should I do?

    Please note that this product needs two sets of batteries, and there are two separate battery boxes. One battery box operates the swing feature and needs 4 “C” batteries.  The other battery box operates the vibration feature and requires 1 “D” battery.

  • How long am I able to use my Fisher-Price® Take-Along Swing and Seat?

    In swing mode, you can use your Take-Along Swing until your child becomes active and can climb out of the swing. The maximum weight limit is 25 pounds.

    In infant seat mode, you may use your Take-Along Seat until your child is able to sit up unassisted. In this case, 25 pounds is also the maximum weight limit.

  • Is the serving tray on my high chair dishwasher safe? The serving tray is the insert that snaps in and out of the main tray.  The serving tray is top rack dishwasher safe (or use the bottom rack - without using the drying cycle).  The main tray that comes with these models is not dishwasher safe.
  • What types of Fisher-Price® booster seats or high chairs are available? A full listing of our high chairs and booster seats are available on Fisher-Price.com.
  • My high chair pad has a Nano-Tex® coating.  What does this mean? Some high chair pads now have Nano-Tex® technology to repel spills and stains.  This advanced fabric enhancement is a durable transformation of the fabric fibers, to keep your high chair beautiful and new looking longer.  Take a look at their website for more information on Nano-Tex®.
  • How long am I able to use my Fisher-Price® SpaceSaver High Chair?

    You may use your SpaceSaver High Chair in the upright position only by children capable of sitting up unassisted; 50 pounds maximum.

    Use the restraint system until your child is able to get in and out of the product unassisted (about 2 ½ years old). 

  • How long am I able to use my Fisher-Price® booster seat?

    You may use your Booster Seat with a child who has enough upper body control to sit up unassisted; 45 pounds maximum.

  • How long am I able to use my Fisher-Price® high chair? You may use your High Chair in the upright position only with a child who has enough upper body control to sit up unassisted; 50 pounds maximum.
  • How long am I able to use my Fisher-Price® Swing to High Chair?

    In swing mode, you may use your Swing to High Chair until the child becomes active and can climb out of the swing; 25 pounds maximum.

    In high chair mode, you may use your Swing to High Chair in the upright position only by children capable of sitting up unassisted; 50 pounds maximum.  Use the restraint system until your child is able to get in and out of the product unassisted (about 2 ½ years old). 

  • What are the best kind of batteries to use in Fisher-Price® and Mattel® products?

    A.    We recommend using alkaline batteries with our products, as they are great for long-term use and help optimize performance. We don't recommend using Carbon-Zinc batteries. While Carbon-Zinc batteries may work well with low-power devices, they can drain after a short period of time and cause certain products to not function properly.
