The Aquatic Rescue Command Center is equipped with areas for sleeping and "fueling up" rescue vehicles. There's even a maintenance area where heroes can work on equipment packs or repair their engines. - I cannot find the landing pad on my Aquatic Command Center. Is it missing? The part may be found under the main deck or orange base of the product. Please look carefully in both places.
- What made Mattel/F-P decide to launch the special FDNY Billy Blazes Firefighter figure? Fisher-Price began working with the Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY) last December to help them spread fire safety messages to children around NYC. We produced a special FDNY Billy Blazes Firefighter figure with a portion of the proceeds going to the FDNY. However, following the tragic events of September 11, we decided, along with TRU, that ALL proceeds from the sale of this special Rescue Hero Figure will go to the FDNY. We estimate that by donating all proceeds, more than $500,000.00 will be given directly to the FDNY by Fisher-Price.
- What Rescue Heroes figure is in a wheel chair? Aiden Assist is the name of the Rescue Heroe in a wheel chair.
- Will Rescue Heroes Robotz figures work in Voice Tech or Mission Select products? While the Robotz figures will fit into the Voice Tech and Mission Select products they will not participate in any electronic interaction, sound effects or identification.

What are the best kind of batteries to use in Fisher-Price® and Mattel® products?
A. We recommend using alkaline batteries with our products, as they are great for long-term use and help optimize performance. We don't recommend using Carbon-Zinc batteries. While Carbon-Zinc batteries may work well with low-power devices, they can drain after a short period of time and cause certain products to not function properly.
