- What are the best kind of batteries to use in Fisher-Price® and Mattel® products?
  A. We recommend using alkaline batteries with our products, as they are great for long-term use and help optimize performance. We don't recommend using Carbon-Zinc batteries. While Carbon-Zinc batteries may work well with low-power devices, they can drain after a short period of time and cause certain products to not function properly.
Hot Wheels® Turbo Driver™ Troubleshooting
- The HotWheels.com Turbo Driver™ Controller appears to be working, but when I launch the software, I have a solid white screen. How can I correct this issue?
  Many issues with the controller can be resolved by changes or updates to the video driver, the DirectX software or the display settings.
  
  The issues that can be resolved by these updates and changes are:
  
  Installation issues
  Crashes and freezing
  Display errors such as the wrong colors, images disappearing, or blank screens
  
  If you need assistance updating the video driver, DirectX software and/or changing display settings, we suggest the visiting Microsoft's website.
- Do I need to be connected to the Internet to use or install the HotWheels.com Turbo Driver™ Controller?
  Yes, the software disc packaged with the controller contains the Turbo Driver™ USB driver; an Internet connection is required to download the game software.
  
  Once the game is installed, an Internet connection is not required to play.
