- What are the best kind of batteries to use in Fisher-Price® and Mattel® products?
  A. We recommend using alkaline batteries with our products, as they are great for long-term use and help optimize performance. We don't recommend using Carbon-Zinc batteries. - I receive a message saying that my password does not contain valid characters when trying to log into my Video Journal® account. How do I fix this?
  You must be logged into an administrative account to use the Video Journal® software. Windows® Vista users should right-click “run as admin” to access the software.
- I forgot my Video Journal® password, how can I change it?
  To change your password please log into the Video Journal® software and follow these directions;
  1. In the password dialogue box select “create new”.
  2. Type Admin in the new user name field.
  3. Type 1234 in the password field.
  4. Select the user name that needs a new password.
  5. Create new password.
  6. Your password is now changed.
