Digital Cameras without Software
- What are the best kind of batteries to use in Fisher-Price® and Mattel® products?
  A. We recommend using alkaline batteries with our products, as they are great for long-term use and help optimize performance. We don't recommend using Carbon-Zinc batteries. While Carbon-Zinc batteries may work well with low-power devices, they can drain after a short period of time and cause certain products to not function properly.
Kid-Tough™ Digital Camera Product Usage
- I have a green, yellow or red dot on the screen of my Kid-Tough™ Digital Camera, what does this mean?
  If you see a green, yellow or red dot on the screen of your Kid-Tough™ Digital Camera this means the camera has a full memory. To fix this try one of the following:
  - Delete pictures off the camera OR
  - Transfer pictures off the camera onto a computer OR
  - Format the camera to wipe it clean.
- I have a Fisher-Price logo, a blue screen that says Checkmem, colors rolling across the screen, or a blue screen that says play voice with sounds continuously playing on my Kid-Tough™ Digital Camera Screen, what does this mean?
  There are a series of tests built into the camera. These tests are accessed by pressing all buttons and the power button at the same time when the camera is off. You have two choices:
  - Complete the tests.
  - Remove the batteries to reset.
  To complete the tests:
  
  Fisher Price Logo
  - Press the shutter button once.
  Blue Screen with Checkmem on Screen
  - Press the shutter button once.
  - Will take about 60-180 seconds to complete.
  - The word "ok!" appears in the lower right hand side of the screen when finished.
  - Press the shutter button to continue.
  Rolling Colors on the Screen
  - Press the shutter button to continue.
  Blue Screen with Play Voice and Sounds Continuously
  - Press the shutter button to continue.
  The camera will power down when the tests are complete.
