A.    We recommend using alkaline batteries with our products, as they are great for long-term use and help optimize performance. We don't recommend using Carbon-Zinc batteries. While Carbon-Zinc batteries may work well with low-power devices, they can drain after a short period of time and cause certain products to not function properly.

For best performance, be sure to keep your software updated. When an update is available, a message will pop up on your screen when you launch the software. Click to download the update.

If you have “Firewall” software installed, you may receive alert messages when you use the Easy Link® software. The software is designed to restrict child access to Internet websites, your desktop and hard drive. Click “allow” when prompted to let Easy Link® software function.

You will be given a hint when a wrong password is entered. If you still can’t remember your password enter “fisher-price.”

• Keep water, sand and dirt off of the toy.
• Wipe the toy with a soft, clean cloth.
• Do not immerse this toy in water.
• This toy has no consumer serviceable parts. Please do not take this toy apart.
• Do not drop this toy on a hard surface.

There are two sources of this error message:

1. Check to make sure you are logged in as the administrator.
2. Check to make sure you have enough hard drive space to install the software.
   • Easy Link® Product requires 100 MB of hard drive space to install. 
     

Follow these steps:

Internet Explorer 6;

• Select Tools.
• Then Internet Options
• Select Advanced from the menu.

Internet Explorer 7:

• Press the "ALT" key to reveal the tool bar and menus. 
• Select Tools.
• Then Internet Options.
• Then Advanced from the menu.

In the advanced options select the following:

• Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer)
• Disable Script Debugging (Other)

Click ok, reboot the computer and check to see if the problem has been resolved.

If this does not address the issue you may need will need to run Microsoft® update and make sure you check the "Software Updates" that are available, not just the critical updates. Download and install ALL updates relating to the .NET Frame work.
