There is a quick and easy way to verify that your product is JPMA certified. Just click here, and select the type of product you have. If Fisher-Price^® is listed, all of our products in that category are JPMA certified. For example, if you select “High Chair” in the drop-down menu, you’ll see our name. This indicates that our high chairs are JPMA certified.

All products that are JPMA certified have a certification seal right on them. This seal verifies that the product has undergone independent laboratory testing to make sure it meets state, federal, and applicable ASTM standards. Every manufacturer that participates in the JPMA Certification Program is held to the highest standards and must meet or exceed those standards on every product. For us, the JPMA seal symbolizes our commitment to safety and quality.

A.    We recommend using alkaline batteries with our products, as they are great for long-term use and help optimize performance. We don't recommend using Carbon-Zinc batteries. While Carbon-Zinc batteries may work well with low-power devices, they can drain after a short period of time and cause certain products to not function properly.
