Elmo's Giggle box is a more "traditional looking" Elmo jack in the box. Turn the crank to hear muffled Elmo giggles and music then shortly after a surprise Elmo pops up with a phrase and more giggles. Elmo will have a bobble or hinged head to get funny movements from Elmo as an added feature.
