Product#: 93212
Released: 2001
Discontinued: 2004
Ages: 1 1/2 years
Product Desciption:
Kids love to pretend, and so does Elmo! This soft, articulated plush responds to the various positions kids put him in and pretends to be things with fun phrases, sound effects and realistic motion. When they lift him in the air, he’ll pretend to be an airplane or “Super Elmo.” Lifting one of his arms makes him pretend to be a train engineer or policeman. Lifting both arms makes him pretend to be a monster or monkey. Elmo pretends to be a puppy or a baby when he’s put on all fours. He’ll pretend to be a cowboy or racecar driver when he’s sitting down. Any way he’s posed, Let’s Pretend Elmo lets imaginations soar! Requires 3 "AA" alkaline batteries (included).

What are the best kind of batteries to use in Fisher-Price® and Mattel® products?
A. We recommend using alkaline batteries with our products, as they are great for long-term use and help optimize performance. We don't recommend using Carbon-Zinc batteries. While Carbon-Zinc batteries may work well with low-power devices, they can drain after a short period of time and cause certain products to not function properly.
