I cannot get Bigfoot to hold or throw the ball, what should I do?

Rotate Bigfoots elbow towards the back of the body for the thumb to latch onto the ball. Do not pull the hand down or forward to give Bigfoot the ball. Once the ball is placed in Bigfoot’s hand correctly, press the ball button on the remote.
